So that's why many are in Nevada. May have unresolved issues but OSL was timely with most all there filings. I think the CEO of PHOT took it over and salvaged what he could. I m thinking there are a significant amount of funds in limbo, perhaps a joint effort of shareholders with a big name like Schuman could bring this back to life. A pot stock transparent co op
