LOL ..... there is no gig to be up and based on your logic there is no need to wait for anything. Sell. Dahl is as straight as it comes. Too straight in fact and severely lacking in communication skills necessary for a public company. Pay attention to his subtle hints. They are not so subtle when read carefully. He is telling you what he's doing. Unfortunately Dahl does not understand that you can't communicate that way for this type company. Things have to be spelled out in a timely manner.

The stock has tripled over last 3 months. 52 week highs even. So there should be less of a tax selling issue. Volume has declined on consolidation. It is what it is.

Someone deciding to sell any size this week is dumb. Fewer market players to buy unless your intent was to do damage.

Anyway, you haven't thought through the potential acquisition of an existing grow facility either. Think about it. Zivo needs more production capacity. It could not produce commercial quantities should testing go well and licenses signed. Not tough to come up with other possibilities that might make an existing grow facility acquisition of interest and benefit to the company if price is right. Of course an acquisition is subject to many things so we will just have to wait to see.
