Because the second 35 million is a duplication. But it's still screwed up. The named officers--at least in Nevada--are Michael Thomas (who also signed the disclosure info) and Silvia Gsrza:

They evidently aren't greater than 5% owners, if they own any stock at all. Who are the directors? Only Thomas is named in Nevada. So unless Mark Herrick, the control person of Founders Bay Corp is also a director, that chart doesn't make much sense.
