Eddie's trying to resurrect SEC revoked ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL

He moved it to Wyoming 6/13/2012. It was permanently revoked by the SEC in 2013 (see pages 2-3 where they say he lied to them)

Eddie assumed personal ownership of the corporation, granted it "unlimited shares" and --before the ink was dry on the SEC action-- he tried to sell it to PRPM (which he also controlled) for a massive amount of shares. His ARTFEST was deemed "Inactive - Administratively Dissolved (failure to pay corporate tax) a/o 8/9/2016. HOWEVER, he just filed a "change of registered agent" on 12/9/2016. Actually, it's the same RA.. only a different mail box (#101 instead of #115). So he's still playing games.
