Anybody here following old STVF (now known as VBIO)? The similarities between the STEV & VBIO are striking, both were originally based in the (alternative sweetener mkt, Stevia) and made a strategic move toward MJ, cbd's and hemp. STEV had a huge head start and appeared to be making strides with products, pharmaceutical connections, patten filings and proprietary access to Dr Paul Mahlberg's (former Inaiana Univ professor) 30+years of MJ research. Then a screeching stop to any communication & management contact.

VBIO formerly STVF made their move into MJ almost 2 years later; first with a name change announcement and redirection of company focus. Their stock experienced the same "accelerated bleed" as STEV and seemed poised for a death spiral yet they rebounded "dramatically" over the past 3 months. Aided undoubtedly by the multi-state passage of legalized marijuana.

What's hard to understand is why the similarities and synergies of the two companies have gone overlooked by both managements. I still believe a collaboration between the two would benefit both companies, maybe the Blankenbaker stigma or ego is to big to swallow.... Hard to believe a MJ company on the verge of Nationally legalized MJ can't make it.... Thoughts?
