OPTL is a interesting one. Was at .0001 friday and a 3,000 share slap took it up to .0010.

On L2 there was as little as $5,000 worth of shares all the way from .0010 to .01.

This play is mysterious and thinner than I have ever seen a penny stock.

Im diligently investigating OPTL.
