Inovio has 33+ years of existence, about as many name changes as Elizabeth Taylor had marriages and not one product- nothing, zilch. But R/S and dilution. oh ya, INO's got that down.

Message for traders new to INO: It is a scam stock run Dr Kim and penny stock crook Avtar Dhillon DHILLON. Crooked Avtar is an INO Director and draws money as a "paid consultant". He needs to be in the background because his reputation is mud having run a penny stock scam.

Disreputable traders' with multiple alias surround this stock. It is "coached" both up and down. You are the mark- your money is required for the scam to work.

Avoid INO like the plague. There are tens of thousands of legitimate public companies to trade where the playing field is level and we have half a chance.
