Just like in Playsafe vs United Medical Devices, (which Mr. Iehab also lost) Mr. Iehab did not perform, and lost the trademark rights.



The facts, as MFlores laid out (and all can be easily verified) are clear and paint a simple picture. Iehab is not some tenacious businessman, fighting the good fight until the end.

He is essentially a fast-talker. He makes promises he can't keep, so he can issue press releases (when he could afford to issue PRs) to promote the stock so he can print more shares to sell to pay his lavish lifestyle. When he fails to perform as promised -- as he has ALWAYS done -- he sues. Then he loses.

Learn from history. It has repeated itself many times here. Believing this time will be different is a fool's errand.
