I will turn most of the work over to my 22 yr. old son ( who I urged to find a different line of work, but this is what he likes.)

I do work for lot of young contractors whom one of the things I mentor them on is taking care of their body.

It's not always easy to switch what you are doing that day but when possible try not to so same thing your body part taking the abuse.

That is how most problems start such as carpel tunnel.
I speak with experience. Walked out of hospital with casts up to both elbows.

Surgery was worth it though what a blessing.

My last job working by myself had to mask off floors of a two story house before I started work. Due to job situation I had no choice but to bend over two days in a row. I was hurting bad for about three days later. LOL!.

Other thing is get away from ladders as much as possible.

Rolling scaffolds are cheap compared to pain later. In fact right now Tractor Supply has the 6 footers on sale for $129.00. Never seen them that cheap.

They are safer and depending on type of work get lot more done.

The truth about the three wise men.
Many don't know this fact.
There were actually FOUR wise men!
That's right! FOUR!

One got turned back for bringing a fruitcake!

Now you know the rest of the story and can dazzle your friends at Christma
