What's the float not circulation? Even if 642m, that is great for sub .01but you're not focusing on debts converted or that those shares are being held by converors with float not changing much. This reminds a lot of MMEG. Pampers pumped tight float, I listened and did the same and they converted debt and went to .0009 from .0030. Looks very similar but in the last week it jumped to .0040. When this finds its traction it should jump. It's waking up and manevouring to move up.
