Does anybody know if this assertion has any proof to back it up? Or is it another "opinion of management" similar to all those other retracted statements from prior PR's.

I suppose that even if it's an unfounded statement and the BCSC raked Brent over the coals for it during his hearing, they wouldn't be able to make him retract it like they did with all of those other "opinions of management" since the company isn't really an operating entity anymore. The dirt was effectively kicked over the MSX coffin lid when the company was delisted IMO, so I don't imagine we'll see any more PR's, or statements, or retractions.
