Yeah we've had that for sure. The stock has been in a nice up trend for 3 months not. About the longest up trend in a number of years time-wise.

The trading pattern is consistent with a consolidation. Buy volume trailing off. A little bit of sell volume but not much. Overall volume has been declining quite a bit of late with the exception of about 3 days this month. So buyer and sellers seem content to watch for now. Still have another week. But seems a consistent bid at .10 or higher and a persistent ask of some size at .12. Just kinda staring at each other.

Encouraging not to see any significant selling for now. I would think an LOI leading to a more definitive agreement with Nutriquest would be reason enough to hold off selling for now to see how that unfolds but its anyone's guess. Up to Zivo to perform.
