People let's look at this all logically instead of emotionally as many have been burnt by Ken Williams in the past.

Think about this logically...If Ken Williams was still running the show why would he update the Medican website to reflect changes resulting in Kelvin Lindsey. Why would Ken give Kelvin any credit in anything going forward?

If Ken is running the show how is it that Kelvin has control of the Medican Twitter account. Why does Kelvin have control of all the source code for the website that is currently undergoing changes?

Why would Ken create this ridiculous "REAL MEDICAN" Twitter page to debunk anything Kelvin is trying to accomplish to get the company operational as a shell to go public for MobiWeb.

Ken NEVER had a plan other than to R/S time and time again and sell off his shares as an ATM until the SEC comes knocking. Ken made $57MM selling shares and now does not have the $25k to get the stop sign removed and get the cease trade lifted in Canada. This is the truth about what Ken has done to the company.

Now we are left with an empty shell that a private company is willing to take under its wing in an effort to go public with.

If anyone can prove me wrong about Ken Williams I am all ears and if someone can prove me wrong that they confidently know Kelvin Lindsey is not taking the right steps to correct all of Kens wrongs and pay off all of Kens debts. again I am all ears. Proof people, we need proof if you are going to debunk any of these guys.
