First....it's not "if" JL was thrown out ......he was....even JL admits it (only because proof was posted). Of course he is telling a tale when he says he was let back in and he had Supreme court judges "removed".....Hmmm....no documentation to prove that? I wonder why?......

Remember one thing....C 1912-2001....for the OWNERSHIP of Mina Pascua is in the SUPREME COURT of Chile....all these "sideshows" are at the civil court level....meaningless for ownership of Mina Pascua....FACT.

As far as your question?.....I guess we will just have to wait to get a answer to that.....won't we? But you can be sure of one thing....it isn't JL.
