The claim that Paul Horne received over $2,000,000 in compensation for 2015 is wrong.
Horne received a base salary of $550,000 with an additional total cash incentive of $425,981 according to SEC filings.
That means his total compensation for 2015 was $975,981, not the $2,081,661 you linked to and falsely try to claim as fact.
It’s the same across the board with executive compensation.
The officers are receiving less compensation, not more as you claim.
Let that sink in as people start to realize LGCY is in a decent position to have a strong year in 2017.
