Please tell us where new management has made any strides since it took over from former management? The matter of lifting the DTC "lock" is not because of strides made by Apptech management. Rather the DTC reversed a position it had taken in 2014 and Apptech, as well as many other companies were able to benefit by the DTC's new pronouncement. I would like to know ONE positive thing, one positive "stride" that Apptech has accomplished in the last three and a half years? Even something like the acquisition of Flowpay per a press release dated Oct 6, 2015: "Apptech announces that it has signed a DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT to acquire Flowpay". Nothing happened! But nothing ever happens with Apptech. I have offered this challenge before: name ONE THING that Apptech has done that it said it was going to do? Just one.
