To be clear....rich is a VERY smart guy...a gem for an OTC stock based company. He knows what he is doing....got hurt trying to raise capital to expand and won't make the same mistake again.

Will NEVER dilute at these prices. No chance.

Just needs replacement for current asset based loan....non dilutive....can get done.

Price went down a few years back due to a poorly executed 3A10 deal. that's long over.

Stock is WAY undervalued by any metric.
