Still a Felony to Cross State Lines!

We can agree to disagree on the interpretation of the articles, and by the way the DEA just enforces laws, and if you read the articles I sent the .03% THC exclusion does not matter anymore, all cannabis and hemp related products, extracts, concentrates, etc, regardless of THC quantity are considered Class 1 Controlled Substances.

The DEA was defunded in regards to harassing medical marijuana dispensaries, not from enforcing federal crimes, ie trafficking a schedule 1 controlled substance across state lines, even you can agree that that is federal jurisdiction.

The DEA was only defunded to prevent the government from shutting down, it was a concession to the democrats, considering the new regime, they may fund it again.

At any rate selling across state lines is illegal, and they go after officers, directors, etc, not the company. Again, does Florida have enough CBD users to support the valuation???
