I can't imagine a fully reporting company acquiring a company that was suspended and does not have audited fins and could not get a 211 processed...and is administratively dissolved in its home state.

In any event Mark would not be in the driver seat from a negotiation perspective and common shareholders would be at the bottom of the food chain for whatever was negotiated.

Sounds like another BS line to avoid having to be honest that this ticker is toast.

Mark is never ever going to admit that...it will always be something...some "possibility".
