How can you say "they are not keeping the old stock". I would think clearly if they don't keep the stock going forward or restructure it not a cent will be paid to stockholders of worthless stock. It's my understanding they don't pay you and then cancel the shares. Don't you agree to how much care was taken in the beginning of these cases to keep the shares safe and not able to be bought more than 5%, etc?
