I agree with your thoughts with HIRU just getting reinstated recently this month (Dec 2016) with the Georgia Secretary of State (SOS), appointing its new CEO/CFO (John Zimmerman), and what they have indicated on their website could very well mean that something very positive is in the mix to be coming:
