We are after 2 completed phase 2 and right before phase 3. $19m Cash on Hand( financing completed around $1.3pps.I would say should be sufficient till early 2018 imo). There is never 100% guarantee but no doubt, 10m cap is really a joke if you are doing risk/reward.if succeeded that's a 200m Co. In about a year imo.
