I have been long for a while now. Here's my fear. Blackridge has said they will invest up to $20 million. They are going to receive "X" number of class A shares. See the article below. I have not been able to find out how many or how much those Class A shares will be or cost. They certainly aren't going to buy these off the OTC open market. They would have to be sold by the company. When this happens what will the value be of our Class B shares?? It's going to dilute them but how much. At the current .02 a share what will they be worth. I'm holding but also holding my breath.
