They have no acquisitions... they have LOIs.. lol

" hey I sure would like to buy your car... lets sign a contract so that when I have the money I'll purchase it from you. I'll pay you to sign the contract and at the same time.... oh yeah I have no money and I'll try to get it from other people to pay my debt"

That's what an LOI is... and that's all this company has.
