But there is no liquidity. No one wants to buy shares at $0.0001, especially now with AEGY a defunct company and the fact that they raised the share authorization to 10 billion shares. Ouch.

One also has to find a matched trade, which is very difficult to do with no MM's and the former company being on the grey market.
