In fact, JKidd, I'll give you a brief recap of when Alan's time line crossed with mine. And I can supply a link to this story as proof if you request it.

See, I took HLIX to aCanadian Cannabis analyst named Ted who was "too busy" to even look at a penny stock. This was mostly due to Alan's prodding as he rudely interrupted us and stepped in saying "we don't look at anything tha doesn't report to the SEC.

I said it does report to the SEC, and he said "You are wrong, I am right." And from my quick psychological profile of Alan, I knew from the start he was more interested in being not wrong than he was in being rioght. As time went on, I was more and more sure of my profile.

As we can see from last week, HLIX is fully reporting to the SEC now. And absolutely nothing is different in those filings than what was on the otc markets and exhibits I presented here in this forum, with the exception of a little more illumination on some stuff that wasn't necessary for the overall decision making process. Such as the revelation of Paul Hodge's background and a little more immaterial disclosure on some warrants, which at the time of those aligned interests, were not important as they are now.

HLIX did, in fact, report to the SEC if taken literally. you can go to sec.gov and you can find filings there. They had to report to the SEC to go public. I guess what Alan wwas splitting hairs on was semantics. The otcmarkets, in fact, is overseen by the SEC and it also has rules. Just a different set of rule sis all. HLIX was reporting, and that's all I wanted Cannabis analyst Ted to do was look take a look.

Ted never bothered to even look, but he was very polite. Didn't talk much, and I knew he was the real mind I need to get to. And he will take a look next Summer, and he won't be arrogant and condenscending. Alan was used as falsification. I had the better argument and knew it, and posted it for all to see. Because Alan was WRONG. I can be wrong and have no problem with it. But I knew there was something here, and I was right.

The End.
