Just opinion at this point...I think she did the r/s to make this more favorable VZ wireless... If what I heard it's true marital issues slowed things down... But I do know that the platform they have developed is being used by VZ...Best guess they were hoping to be taken over by VZ much the way Hughes telematics was...VZ paid 654M for that deal and it was GPS tracking software that they already were using....If this platform is what the company says and fr
om I heard it would be a no brainier that VZ would aquire them....If that happens with this share count could be a great day for investors
