Docket updated with a series of dates in January for all to amend pleadings with a Feb 3 date for Judge to decide on next steps. Judge is giving Playboy an opportunity to defend recent motions by Playbev. Unfortunately we did not get that same consideration during Jury Trial. Playboy maybe playing another delay game but at least the Judge is only giving about 30 days to resolve. We are still alive!! Maybe another opportunity to settle to avoid another Jury trial.
