No notable big name associated with this offering so more than likely a bunch of hedgies. I haven't even seen a 5% sheet yet meaning these guys will screw with the stock. I know that Hy bio a few years back orchestrated a pump and dump once the selling restrictions were lifted from their stock. There could be similar incentive here now with these new warrant owners and maybe sci-clone as well although they agreed not to sell for a year. If your long that is the only hope you have.
