Accommodation Is What Fed Does--Not How They Do It.

Old adage: two ways to skin a cat. To raise rates the Fed can either sell off its balance sheet, or use reverse repurchase agreements, which they are currently doing.

The point is a rate increase, no matter by what means, is a rate increase which lowers (everything else being equal) accomodation.
