Thanks. That was what I needed to find the problem/error.

Chairman and CEO

Global Technologies Ltd

1998 – 2001 (3 years)Greater Philadelphia Area

A technology incubator that invested in developing emerging growth companies focused on e-commerce, networking solutions, telecommunications and gaming. In 1998, Ocean Castle (a 100% owned entity of Irwin Gross) orchestrated the successful takeover of Global Technologies, Ltd. (“Global”) (f.k.a. Interactive Flight Technologies), a public company that had experienced a more than 90% decline in market value and was trading at a 60% discount to book value. Mr. Gross Stabilized Global’s original under performing analog interactive entertainment business through facility consolidation, selected layoffs, installation of new management and intensive customer negotiations. This business (and limited cash) was subsequently used to purchase 80% of the stock of The Network Connection, Inc., a broadband communications and networking Solutions Company having more sophisticated digital technology and superior success in the marketplace. Global resumed operations as a technology incubator investing in several high technology companies. After several successful investments, the incubator fell apart with the collapse of the Technology Boom and was subsequently liquidated.

I needed to go back into the SEC filings from 15 years ago! ( :

Back when it was Interactive Flight Technologies, it filed bankruptcy and was being delisted from NASDAQ. What assets there were of value were stripped out and placed into a new private company. In 2002, they filed to deregister from the SEC and went dark. Then, in 2011, they filed a disclosure statement which covered the new operations of GTLL out of the UK.

We began our current operations in 2010 and have not yet attained a level to allow us to meet our current overhead.

And as you can see, neither Irwin or any of the other officers of the Papua New Guinea company are listed for the new OTCM company.
