It's a shell. There's nothing in it to be interesting. I've followed this ticker since 2011, so I think I know enough of it's history to be sure of what I'm talking about. And the reason I came to check into this ticker is because of Anthony Welch, who you can see is mentioned in their disclosure from back then.

If you read it, you'll see that nothing matches up between the two companies.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
