No phone no email no one at address ever heard of PTAH.
Ptah doesn't own Dinky Duffers, an old shelf company.

Who's on first, What's on second.
No Sale Of Crane Creek trucking. The first draw of funds was use for the acquisition of Crane Creek Trucking, as announced on August 21, 2014

The TCA deal is their story not mine.
A phone call verification was made to TCA and acknowledged a relationship.

The funds were reported as used to purchase Crane Creek Trucking
and there was no sale of Crane creek Trucking.Where did the money go?. And also to pay down debt.
If you notice it was Nortford bank loan, and debt owed brought on from Kingsley. Basically all their personal liabilities (debts) taken care of. Now you either believe they owe TCA $750,000 or you don't?
Most likely original trucks were obtained from Mckay transcold, which came from spattford. Whether there were actual loans or not,
either way trucks could have been sold and debts paid off.

They had an operation Eggspress they ran the wheels off of for awhile, not sustainable.

No verifiable operations disclosed, or can be verified since may 2014... 2014 bleeding red ink as of 3rd Q 2014 report.

Blanks in reporting.

Lawsuit not favorable at this time.
