[Then what happened]

With Sharebuilder if you don't click on "all or nothing" they will start filling shares as the come, sometimes even 1 at a time. I'm thinking other sites have the same thing, so people are forgetting to click on "all or nothing" and are getting 1 share plus being charged the trading fee.
