A stock that was Suspended by the SEC is allowed to trade on the Grey Market. In many instances Brokers prevent their clients from buying shares of a previously suspended stock, but technically a Grey Market Caveat Emptor stock is allowed to trade....thus the 1,500 shares that traded today.

Since SOFN also received an SEC Admin Proceeding for delinquent Financials the stock registration will be imminently revoked whereby the stock will never trade again.

I will let this board know whenever the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes SOFN's stock registration.
