1.The delay is clearly not due to the standard procedure of prepaying an auditor.

2. SEC dictates accounting procedures that were apparently not followed by Cyclone and rectifying the situation in the past many months has not been possible.

3. Filing the required SEC financials will not help a company that has never produced a marketable product.
