"Cyclone is filing there financials in order to be compliant and bring everything up to date. It has taken longer than expected. When checking into the attorney and accounting firm. They are both reputable and been paid in full in August. Cyclone has little control as to time as the SEC dictates that everyone must be paid in full and in advance. !!! No leverage. The stock price has been getting crushed over the past years cause of the toxic debt that was put in place from chris Nelson. These guys have been killing the stock. From my calculations. They should be almost finished ( percentage wise). Also. The company itself has new contracts and customers and has been self sufficient lately. Nothing crazy but doing better. My opinion only !!
