The last few Qs here give some insight since DWOG has not ben able to release PRs due to not filing their Qs. http://panorient.ca/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=8 They are in the process of changing their accounting method according to their latest Edgar fiing http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=73154256. This can cause many past year revisions, and that is likely what is taking soo long. It will probably be 8 to nine month before the expansion approval so they still have plenty of time. I believe thay will be up to date in the next month or so. (JMHO.
