I have been patiently waiting for anyone to start talking about Sharkreachs second LOI/acquisition. I wonder why Sharkreach itself remains so quiet about it. Since nobody does, let me do it. (A)
In the 8-K filing (Agreement and plan of merger from MIM) they state under Schedule HH - SharkReach Material Contracts, that they have a LOI dated July 14th, 2016 with BEAM Interactive & Relationship Marketing, LLC. A company based in Boston with 75+ employees.

If you take a look at their website, you can find another great list of clients: https://www.beamland.com/
It includes a.o. Mini, Converse, Puma, Yahoo, Deutsche Bank etc.
