The S1 that was filed in November for the registration of 25M shares for the funding from Kodiak Capital.

MM's saw this registration of 25M shares and started shorting the shares. The company then pulled the rug out from under them by withdrawing the 25M shares.

MM's are now scrambling to cover. That's why we need huge volume and accumulation of the free trading shares in the float so they can't cover. With 182M shares locked up by sole director and officer that leaves roughly 78M shares in the float as long as 260M shares still outstanding.

Big question is this. How many of the 25M proposed shares via the S1 did MM's short. But given the fact that the last 3 trading days has seen higher shorted volume each day totaling 40M. This could be explosive this week.

We shall see but I think this is going to be a massive week.
