Excerpt:

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of AEDC because of, among other things, questions regarding the accuracy of statements by and about AEDC. AEDC’s current website falsely states that the company “files Annual, Quarterly and current Reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)” even though AEDC suspended its voluntary filings of reports with the Commission on December 5, 2013 and has filed no reports since that date.
