Let's discuss one thing if you don't mind and this is opinion. Why does the CEO perform a R/S and then go absolutely quiet? What's the intention of the R/S and do you think there was a necessity for the R/S in regard to a relationship or possible merger or do you think she needed the share count for dilution after some time lapses to fund this technology or whatever you want to call it? In the meantime, she could let the dust settle from the R/S while a potential relationship with Verizon further materialized? Thanks.
