Briefly had a bid today, not sure if any stock went off at .0002 or not but RSH will eventually check in on that.
I spoke with someone yesterday that does not know Bates but knows one of the other officers. The word is a restructuring is coming (as Bates stated he was trying in the Indiana town meeting and as we have heard from others ).
Now this guy is no fan of Bates or the company in general. He spent a lot of time trying to bring a major deal to the company and his biggest gripe was that they do not have stats on existing locations and performance etc. So he does not come from a slant of "everything is grand". Last time I checked in with him he stated Bates had gone rogue but he was slightly more positive this time.
Just so you negative nelly people out there dont get the wrong idea, from the day I got into this it was minor money on a longshot powerball ticket play. I stated that and continue to state that. Just because I point out things that are happening or not happening does not mean I am under some illusion that there is a major chance this will turn around. Any chance is remote.
