I've been following like a wannabe attorney since March 15'. Lately, including today's filings, are right in line with the past 21 months. Doesn't seem like a stand still to me and still is going forward as usual and hopefully will come to an end soon and in our favor (commons intact), or not. In my opinion this is obviously and all or nothing investment. If the shares survive they should sky rocket the coming years from these abysmal levels. If they convert to chapter 7 or have a POR that kills the shares, then we lose. In my honest opinion.
