on the verge of collapse or sec/fnra halt/suspension imo. watch and wait. ewll is artificially inflated. i just checked out a stock whose q came out tonight with $320k on hand, $3mil in revenues, with another $2mil to be added in the coming weeks with a recent merger underway, and virtually no convertible debt, and only $600k in liabilities trading at .003. ewll has over $3mil in liabilities, $225 in defaulted convertibles and another $300k in notes, ZERO revenues and $1k cash. trading at .50 share structures are not that far off either. ewll is overpriced by 75x. 26 mil in recently issues shares are priced at .005. lol being manipulated by a few hands with a lot of shares to dump. when the tide turns here, which started today, it's going to get ugly FAST!!!!
