I've got stephen saber with ~54 million commons and series B preferred stock that converts into ~31 million more commons... > ~85 million. For some reason, stehpen received more shares than his brothers.

The other two brothers (john and nicholas) have the same amounts each; ~38.5 million commons with another ~22 million commons converted from series B preferred... > ~60.5 million each.

So...~206 million shares 'held' by the 3 brothers. Shares are hardly worth shit now. At $OOO3 = $61,800.

I wonder if they sold...illegally...when the pps was much higher...
