Mike for me it's more of a big picture overlook at what the people running MARA have built and accomplished over a short span of time ( in building a business from the ground up standpoint ).

They've won the vast majority of their trials, IPR's, etc. with the patents they had previously started the company with ( shows me they know good patents when they see them ). They've aquired the rights for thousands of more patents from some of the largest companies in the world ( tells me some major business players trust them enough to put potential income in their hands ). They've been one of the first patent companies moving into Europe, China and Asia in force ( I like to own a company that pushes new income potential boundaries ). They are setting a precedent in their sector by negociating most future settlements in monthly or quarterly payments so stock analysts can better judge the true value of the company ( eventually this should show up in the stock price and leveling out income for possible dividends ).

There's more and there's some mistakes they've made as well. But as I look at the overall big picture I like what I see going forward.
