I've read the order and will not deny deep disappointment although not shock. I want to be, but am not convinced that Biel can survive fines of over one and three quarter million dollars (Biel is named first along with AW, KW et al.). Even with 21 day windows for "correcting" issues of "fact", it appears to my untrained eye that Biel et al will have to cough up those funds. If Andy and family have that kind of cash on hand and are willing to put it up then, of course, all may be well. What are the chances?
I'm posting this here because I want to hear from other GGG's, not those celebrating bad news.
