I realize the info released about this "spinout" deal was extremely difficult to understand or even decipher; intentionally I would guess. But isn't it just a way to pay back Mason and a couple other big investors while the rest of the shareholders (bagholders) are left with Manny and the metals deals that never pan out and the slight chance that, even if the MRX is successful, Marvin will actually share any of it outside of his family and friends.
