I also think todays trading is caused by the block trade. The pm trading was higher then usual, even after other political events. And most trading before an during market hours is around the block trade price. Making such a large sell is like with a new offering. It's putting up a sign "peix is worth $9,55 at this time" others like gpre don't trade like that today.
